After what felt like an eternity of not bowling as a team, the boys returned to the Lanes to take on Zeeland.  A pair of mediodre baker games put them down 4-6.  Zeeland pulled farther ahead led by Zach Baum with an outstanding 280 game.  Kurtis Montsma led the Saders with a 253.  Now down 7-12, the boys needed 3 individual points and total pins for the second game and to win by 49.  Led by Caleb Vander Maas' 226 game, the boys took total for the second game.  BJ Kleinbroek took his point.  It all came down to the anchor bowlers for each team.  Kurtis Montsma secured his point and total for the second game.  Zeeland's anchor needed 7 to tie and 8 to win on his 3rd ball in the 10 th frame after throwing 2 strikes to start the frame.  He threw a 6 count.  The boys defeat Zeeland by 1 pin for overall total and take the match 16-14.  As exciting as the finish was, the coach was holding his breath until the scores were added up.
