It remained scoreless for the first 34 minutes of the match. The Saders finally broke through with a never-give-up hustle goal to take a 1-0 lead with 46 seconds left in the first half. The second half was much like the first with only a few shots on goal until the final 4 minutes where the Saders again found the back of the net and finished off beating the Hawkeyes 2-0.
