An exciting game of back and forth scoring between home town rivals had Unity with a 2-1 advantage at halftime. We lengthened the lead to 3-1 partway through the second half. Hudsonville answered back a few minutes later to bring the score to 3-2. The Eagles almost tied it in the final minutes of play when they were award a penalty kick. But Unity keeper, Jessica Brander, came up with a big save to solidify the win.
