On a beautiful Friday night the Saders traveled to Richmond to take on a strong Gull Lake team on Military Appreciation Night. The game ball was dropped from a military man flying overhead to the captains at midfield before the opening kickoff. Both teams battled hard with UC having a few near misses before they cracked the Blue Devil defense off a corner kick. Gull Lake ramped up the intensity and drew level midway through the second have off a corner of their own. The Saders tallied the game winner with 10 minutes left and saw the game out from there. Great effort by both teams tonight.
