Unity scored halfway into the first half to secure a 1-0 lead going into halftime. Within the first two minutes of the second half, Unity doubled their lead. The game was back and forth for much of the 2nd half. Grand Rapids Christian cut the lead in half but Unity held strong to win the game 2-1.
