Six runs in the first inning led Unity Christian Crusaders Varsity past Forest Hills Central 8-2. The crusaders put the pressure on offensively, lead by Sam Beckham with two hits in four at bats. Unity stole eight bases during the game, as three players stole more than one. Micah bush led the way with two. Luke Boverhof led things off on the mound, pitching a complete game, allowing two hits, two runs while striking out five and walking one.
