This repeat matchup against the Lakers looked very different than the first time the Saders defeated them. Spring Lake came out on the front foot and outplayed Unity for much of the first half. The Saders found some energy coming out of halftime and it eventually translated to a nice goal 15 minutes into the second half. While Unity generated some more chances, they couldn't find a second insurance goal. Spring Lake rattled the cross bar with just under 2 minutes in the game, but the Saders kept the shutout and secured a Conference Title with the win.
