Wow! What a great start to the JV team's season. The teamed showed up and played with confindence on Saturday. The lady crusaders defeated Catholic Central and South Christian in pool play. As a result, they moved on to the Gold Bracket! An amazing team effort lead to a semi- final victory against Forest Hills Eastern. The Crusaders took on Hudsonville in the Gold Bracket final. Unfortunately, the team came up just a bit short losing to Hudsonville 17-25 and 21-25. Although the loss was disappointing, the day as a whole was a great victory for the JV team. The lady crusaders displayed heart, tenacity, confidence as well as excellent teamwork.
