The JV team played exceptional volleyball at the Grand Haven Tournament.
In pool play, the team split with Kenowa Hills: 25-17 and 22-25. The team won both games against Grand Rapids Christian: 26-24 and 25-17. In the final games of pool play, the Crusaders split with Grandville:25-20 and 18-25.
The team finished second in the pool and headed into the Gold Bracket.
The JV team took on Rockford in tournament play. The Crusaders strong defense help them defeat Rockford 25-23 in the first game. In game 2, the team continued to play the best volleyball of the season. Despite the aggressive net play and scrappy defense, the JV team lost 23-25. The loss forced a third game. The team showed their grit and determination. However, the Crusaders came up short, losing 15-17.
