Unity began the day defeating Coopersville 25-9,25-15 and 25-11 in Pool Play. The Crusaders were able to take one set from Caledonia, securing the number 2 seed moving into tournament play.
Unity defeated Allendale in the quarter finals:25-7 and 25-9. The Crusaders served 96% and also had 11 kills against the Falcons.
Aggressive net play and key defensive digs helped the Crusaders defeat Forest Hills Eastern:25-19 and 25-18 in the semi finals.
Unity dominated the championship match defeating Coopersville 25-15 and 25-11. The Crusaders tallied 20 kills against Coopersville in the finals. Taylor and Tory combined for 13 kills.
