A "tough day at the office," today! But we had several wins, just a few more losses. But we all learned. We had some different partner pairings too. Makayla spoke of passion and love, in her devotion. She mentioned Olympic athlete, Eric Little, always playing with passion and love. I trust our love for the sport and our love of our Lord, is what gets us up each day....and also on the tennis courts. Nice job..win or lose...it's how you play the game.
And the opposing teams parent, came up to 2 of our girls, and said how nice they played, and how fair they were in their line calls. Our team beat her daughter and partner, so it was such a nice compliment to our UC players. I was a proud tennis "mom" at that point!!!
