Finally, a WARM, sunny day! We so needed it! Some tough competition today, had big losses and big wins!
Ashley spoke in her devotional time about running more, and being mentally tough...which I thought was so appropriate, because we ran indoors on the track last week, and we have watched mental toughness video's!
