The Crusaders traveled a short distance to compete in the Jenison Invite today. Unity took first in their pool by defeating Mason 25-13, 25-19, Morley Stanwood 25-8, 25-6 and splitting sets with Forest Hills Central 18-25, 25-16 which moved them into the gold bracket. Their first opponent was the Maroons of Holland Christian who they beat in three sets 25-21, 22-25, 15-7 and placed them in the semi-finals against Coopersville. Unfortunately, the Saders fell short and lost in two sets 19-25, 23-25. Overall a good day of volleyball for UC!
