WAYLAND UNION HIGH SCHOOL: 0
On Saturday, Unity Christian Varsity Softball captured the Regional Championship by score of 2-0 over Wayland,and then 5-4 over Hamilton in 8 innings. Makenzie Cammenga got the win in both games, raising her record to 31-3 on the season. Both the Overweg sisters were big contributors at the plate as Sydney and Brooklyn both had big hits to help Unity advance. Unity Softball will next be in action on Tuesday, June 11th at Noon against Vicksburg.
