Girls Varsity Softball vs. Holland Christian HS School

On Monday Night, Unity Christian Varsity Softball hosted Holland Christian. it was scheduled for a DH, but rain postponed the 2nd game to be made up at a later date. In game 1, Unity was able to shut out the Maroons of HC by a score of 8-0. Makenzie Cammenga earned the win in the circle going all 7 inning, giving up only 2 hits to garner her 24 win on the season. The offense was slow out of the game, but by end of game Unity was able to muster up 9 hits led by Paige Rylaarsdam with 3 and Bella Duimstra with 2. Autumn Meinzer also recorded 2 RBI. Unity will wait to see when the 2nd game will be made up later this week.
