UC Varsity Softball split with State Ranked Byron Center Varsity Softball on Thursday afternoon. In game 1, Unity’s bats continued the hot streak as Unity pounded out 10 hits and hit 2 more HR’s, winning 9-2. Olivia Miller & Molly Versluis went deep for Unity. In game 2, pitching was very strong for Unity, but Byron Center got out to an early lead, and Unity was not able to make up the deficit, losing 10-3.
