Unity stopped Zeeland East on the opening drive of the game. On the ensuing possession Unity drove the ball down for a score to take the lead 7-0. After another stop, Unity was able to again score to take a 14-0 lead with 4 minutes left in the first half. A critical stop at the goal line allowed Unity to take the lead 14-0 going into the locker room. To start the second half Unity took the opening possession down for a TD to take the lead 21-0. The rest of the way was back and forth with Unity taking the game 34-8.
