The Crusaders boys JV soccer team started the season with a thrilling shootout victory over West Ottawa 2-1. Scoring for the Crusaders in regular time was Chase Rozeveld on a well placed header. Scoring shootout goals was Zach DeVries, Evan Nieuwenhuis, Logan Kunnen, and Rozeveld.
