After bowling okay in the baker games and the first regular game, the boys had spotted South a 14-5 lead and a 122 pin advantage in total pins, the boys decided to pour it on in the second regular game. They threw their best total for a single game at 1043. Kurtis Montsma and Landon Vos started the game with the first 6 strikes. Kurtis struck again in the 7th frame while Landon ended his streak with a spare in the 7th. They have cut more than half way into the 122 pin lead by that time. Needing to sweep all the remaining points to win the match, the boys gave it all they had. 4 of the 5 boys bowling above their average and the 5th being real close to his, managed to get them 8 of the remaining 11 points. Leaving them a little short. The boys fell to South Christian 13-17, but not without an awesome fight.
