In a rematch of the D3 State Championship, Unity played Detroit Country Day to a 1-1 tie. The Saders struck first and went into the half with a 1-0 lead. While the Saders carried the momentum into the 2nd half, they were unable to get a second goal and Detroit Country Day was able to tie the game with about 10 minutes left to play. Both teams battled for the final 10 minutes, but the game ended in a draw.
