Sports Physical Night
Unity Christian will be hosting a Sports Physical Night on Tuesday, May 4 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the high school. The cost for a physical is $15 payable to Unity Christian. Students should come to the event with a completed sports physical form. A printable sports physical form can be found at this link or in the high school office.
If your student is getting a physical performed at their own doctor's office, the physical needs to take place after April 15, 2021 in order to be valid for this coming school year.
