Announcements and Important Events
Hello Parents and Unity Family:
I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself to you. My name is Aaron Rietman, and I will be taking over the responsibility of being the Athletic Trainer here at Unity Christian. I am very excited to start this next chapter of my career surrounded by such a great community.
A brief background about myself:
I graduated from Unity Christian in 2008. As a student at Unity I had the opportunity to participate in both the football and baseball team. After high school I attended Grand Valley State University, where I had the opportunity to work with many GVSU athletic teams along with multiple local high school athletic departments. After graduating from GVSU in 2013 I began working for Northern Physical Therapy in Grant, Michigan. While working for Northern Physical Therapy I was able to spend time both at the local high school and the physical therapy clinic. I was also blessed to marry my long-term girlfriend in 2013.
In 2015 I had an opportunity to transition to working at Grand Haven High School and moved back to the Hudsonville area. During my time at Grand Haven High School I worked at a sports medicine physician office as well as a local physical therapy clinic located in Spring Lake.
I am excited to bring my experiences of the previous seven years of working in this profession to Unity Christian High School. It is my hope that I can provide your child or children the best experience possible while working through a tough situation as an injury. Bump or bruise, sprain or strain, I would love the opportunity to meet your student athlete and get them back on the field or court as quickly and safely as possible.
Please do not hesitate to contact me via email at email@example.com if you have any specific questions or concerns as we are working through this strange time. I plan on being on campus for most of the summer and look forward to getting to know the parents and students at Unity!
