Both the Crusaders and Maroons started off a little slow as Holland Christian held a 6-4 lead after the first quarter. Both teams picked up their offense in the second quarter and Holland Christian took a 17-14 lead into halftime. The Crusaders were able to quickly gain the lead in the third quarter, but Holland Christian continued to play tough and the lead went back and forth between both teams. Holland Christian sank a long three pointer at the end of the third quarter and had a four point leading heading into the last quarter. Unity Christian picked it up and the defensive end and only allowed two points over the final eight minutes. Unity made big free throws down the stretch and ended up defeating Holland Christian 39-32.
