Varsity Golf at State Regional Tournament:
Unity started strong and held on to finish in 3rd place qualifying for the State Tournament.
Unity shot 336 to finish 11 strokes behind Regional champion Big Rapids.
Blake Bruursema led Unity with a score of 80. Ben Byker shot 83, Max Vos shot 85, and KJ Haverdink shot 88.
Unity will compete in the State Tournament next weekend at Katke Golf Course at Ferris State University.
